UGH. Disney recently sold (it sold out instantly, and has since been removed off the Disney Online Store) this Mickey Mouse T-Shirt inspired by Joy Division’s awesome “Unknown Pleasures” album cover art.
Tell you why this is fucked up… the name “Joy Division” is a reference to sex slaves in concentration camps… also, the lead singer committed suicide (he hung himself). Can’t tell whether srs or not (do Disney really want to associate their brand with this?!), but nice one Disney?!
