This past weekend I traveled to Hampton, Georgia in the state of Atlanta as a participant for one of the biggest car events on the East Coast of the United States, Import Alliance.
The event was held at Atlanta Motor Speedway and this being my first time ever attending Import Alliance I can honestly say it is an experience that I will never forget. There were many vendors and booths at Import Alliance such as Competition Clutch, D2 Racing, Effect Apparel, XXR Wheels, CCW, Grip Royal, Slammedenuff, Grid Life, Laced Up with Mike Kuhn’s RX-8, Beam Tec HID, Brada Wheels, J’s Racing, and many more.
The cars that were there were so amazing! Like Christopher Durr’s 900+hp daily driven Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII, Royal Republic Crew’s Chris Taylor’s BMX M5 F10, Sick Widdit’s car crew member Paul Manabat’s Mitsubishi Evolution X, import model/actress Bear Dellinger’s two beautiful cars which are the Nissan 240sx S14 with a SR20DET swap and the built single turbocharged Nissan 350z (Z33), Martell’s Honda Integra with a gorgeous gold and white theme.
Imports, Euro’s, Ruckus Bikes, Domestics, and Hot Rods alike were present, even exotic cars such as Lamborghini’s and a few Audi R8’s. Well over 15,000 attendees and participants were there. I definitely enjoyed myself meeting new people, and taking many photos of so many great cars. A great time indeed. Until next year Import Alliance!
