Antonio LoganWilkesboro Crew cranks up this year’s car show season another notch by hosting an automotive cultural meet style show in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Reeling in over 2,000 cars and attendees. I have always been super supportive of Wilkesboro Crew and their car show, so I definitely could miss out on this event.
This event was jam packed full of awesome car builds even some diesel powered trucks were in the show! Pretty rad! One of the many builds that captured my eye at Springfest 7 earlier this year was Vince Vandyke’s Ford F100 Ratrod. Vince brought his rare seven-cylinder Ford F100 to DankFest, and it is a real showstopper! It is such a joy to have seen it again. Jayven Ahrenholz’s tastefully modified Lexus IS300 I was finally able to see in person. Justin Collin’s Rocket Bunny kitted Mazada RX-7 (FD) I got to see again at the show as well. This car to me is absolutely magnificent! Work Equip’s wrapped around big Toyo Tires and a built 13B rotary that sounds like a resplendently written ballad.

Wilkesboro Crew amped up the model lineup to another level. Bear Dellinger, Lyndsie Phommacheing, Nicole Amber, Kimberly Alexis, Shanda Clifton, Jessica Kim, and Miss DankFest Greensboro winner Krysten Hoagland and more. Bear was at the DankFest booth sigining posters for her Bear Cubs (Fans) and taking pictures. She was modeling some of the other cars and shooting with James Thomas, Rex Yau, and Benjamin Tran. Later towards the end of the show, Bear and I were talking then we looked at the lighting underneath bleachers. Something creative were coming to our minds, so we both rushed under to do an impromptu shoot. That was a lot of fun! Vendors were out full force at the show. Slammedenuff, UniCast Graphics, Shocker Joe, Avenue Performance and more. The Miss DankFest Bikini contest was freaking amazing! Jessica and Krysten were making the crowd lose it! Jessica came up with the win for Miss DankFest leaving Krysten in second place. Overall every last one of the models looked astounding and competed well. Congratulations to you all.
