Crystal Head Vodka was founded by comedian, singer, actor and screenwriter Dan Aykroyd (best known for his work on The Blues Brothers & Ghostbusters) and colleague, fine artist, John Alexander. Both are avid researchers into a phenomenon that is the 5,000 to 35,000 year old Crystal Heads that have been found strewn around the globe from Tibet to the USA. This was the inspiration behind the absolutely kick ass crystal head bottle (the vodka within is quadruple-distilled, triple-filtered through charcoal and triple-filtered through Herkimer diamond crystals!).
Available at your local liquor store for around $80AUD. The vodka itself is awesome (being my fave poison I wholeheartedly approve), the skull bottle itself is well worth the money!
