Japanese illustrator Shohei Otomo was the first Artist we featured on the Zen Garage site. What I didn’t know was that Shohei is the son of Katsuhiro Otomo the writer, illustrator and director of AKIRA! Legendary family, legendary work!
Massive news is he’ll be in Australia next week and he’s having a show where original works (all done with a ballpoint pen!) and limited edition prints will be for sale (fucking aye I’m there for a private showing and to meet the man himself!!!).
