Enjoy this film made by Leica featuring Ray Barbee, an American skateboarder from San Jose, California which I’ve been haunting ever since he blew our minds in 1988 with his video part in Powell Peralta’s Public Domain VHS tape.
We’d watch his parts, then be so pumped to go out and shred, only we sucked and never did shred as amazing as Ray does.
Barbee’s film explores his passion for music and photography, which were made accessible through skateboarding. This short film illustrates his passion for creativity.
