I’m a Stones fan. Not a massive one, but a fan nonetheless. The riff to “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction” was one of the very first riffs I learned how to play on my guitar in high school and Jagger’s bony ass shaking haunted me throughout university. Today Keith’s leathery drug abused body inspires me to rock on… I mean, these guys are in their 70’s singing songs from their 20’s!
This could very well be the last time they gig, so be sure to grab tix if a Stones gig is on your bucket list. The Stones will open Adelaide Oval, and it’s been confirmed that there will be another five Rolling Stones shows for Australia and New Zealand as part of the “14 ON FIRE” tour of Australia. It’ll be the first visit to Aus for The Stones since the “A Bigger Bang” tour in 2006 which only travelled to Sydney and Melbourne.
